‘Sarah was the most INCREDIBLE celebrant!

Throughout the planning process she was so comforting and helpful and funny, and then the entire ceremony felt so much like a celebration of us. It was fun and romantic and lively and warm, but most importantly felt like we weren’t being anybody but ourselves. This set the tone for the rest of the night, especially with Sarah as our MC!

Everybody said that it was the best and funnest ceremony they’d seen and a number of our engaged friends have said they want to book her.

‘Where to begin... Sarah went above and beyond from go to whoa, meeting up with us twice beforehand due to a medical emergency, and even helping the bride with a wedgie just before she walked down the aisle.

Sarah set the tone for our big day from the moment she arrived, wearing a beautiful outfit (our request!) to complement our styling, and having a laugh with the guests during housekeeping.

She had crafted the most personable, sweet and funny ceremony that had guests both in stitches and tears. We had so many of our guests rave about her after the ceremony, many even asking where she was at the reception as they assumed she was a guest and close friend.

We cannot thank her enough for being our hype gal, and telling our love story through rhymes (our preferred method of story telling!).

‘Wow, where do I start?! We stumbled across Sarah Marie from a family’s suggestion, and we are so glad we did!

From first enquiry, to first meeting and many more moments since then, we have gotten to know the wonderful Sarah for how welcoming, open, funny and talented she is. She made us feel at complete ease for the entire process, keeping in contact regularly and helping guide us the entire way. She was open to absolutely anything we had dreamed of to make the ceremony perfectly “us” and she absolutely nailed the brief. Choosing to keep our ceremony script a surprise til on the big day, we were gob smacked at how beautiful, well prepared and well spoken our ceremony was and how she knew exactly what we wanted when we were even a bit unsure ourselves. The ceremony by Sarah was by far, a massive highlight of the day and I don’t think many can say that for their weddings. And this is all because of Sarah’s magic! We had SO many friends and family say that they adored the ceremony by Sarah and even our coach driver said it was one of the most beautiful ceremony’s he’d seen (so sweet)!

Sarah is your biggest fan and hype girl on the day. She makes you feel safe and comfortable up at the front, even when teary and nervous standing up in front of everyone. She’s happy to support leaving traditions behind and bringing in fun new ways to do things.

Her website is incredible and she helps guide you writing your vows to make sure you’re on the same page and don’t go extremely mismatched. I trusted Sarah with all of my A-type personality (which takes a lot) and didn’t have to stress for one tiny second about how the ceremony will look or turn out.

We’ve had the privilege to see her marry two other couples (some good friends of ours) and each ceremony was completely different and perfectly suited to reflect their relationship.

I would recommend Sarah to all couples getting hitched that want an amazing, fun, talented and trusting celebrant that will make your day exactly how you want and better!’

Sarah made our whole day, the ceremony was perfect for us and our little family with beautiful details about how we met and our cutie pie daughter Ruby! Sarah was so easy and fun to work with, we decided to get hitched in 3 months so I did have my doubts in trying to create the best day in such a short period of time but working with Sarah quickly squashed those doubts and we did have the perfect ceremony all thanks to her!

‘Curtis and I got married by Sarah at Petrichor Farm this past week.

Originally we had another celebrant who was unable to attend due to COVID.

Having only about 3 weeks notice and only meeting over FaceTime, Sarah was absolutely amazing. Not only is she kind and fun loving, she was able to capture exactly what myself and my partner are like and inject that into our ceremony. She was able to adapt to using someone else’s ceremony (which she wouldn’t usually do) and pulled it off FLAWLESSLY. Every one of our guests spoke so highly of Sarah.

‘The perfect celebrant does exist! My wife found Sarah unexpectedly after our existing celebrant (a family member and one of the best celebrants in Australia) was unable to make it due to covid restrictions. Sarah stepped up to the plate and absolutely nailed it better than either of us could have ever hoped for. She makes it very personal and puts in 110% with all aspects of the process.

Sarah takes the time to really get to know everything about you both and by the time the ceremony rolls around I can promise you that you'll feel so grateful that it's her standing up there with you and making your day that much more special. ‘With the amazing support of Sarah, we had the most beautiful intimate marriage ceremony. We couldn’t fault the entire process with Sarah.

We were very wedded (pun intended) to designing a ceremony that was very personal, spiritual, acknowledged traditional owners and was inclusive of our children and family.

Sarah respected our wishes, brought ideas to the table and showed a vested interest in ensuring we were completely happy and comfortable with the ceremony.

After communicating back and forth and bouncing around ideas, she drafted our ceremony and we did not have any changes - perfect!

‘I don’t even know where to start…she was amazing! Sarah was always so friendly and made us feel comfortable in the lead up and on our wedding day. She took the time to get to know us prior to the ceremony and was happy to take on board any suggestions we had for our big day, using this information to make our ceremony personalised and very “us”.

She even wrote and organised a surprise for our ceremony which involved all our guests. It was these special touches and her bubbly nature that made our day so wonderful and unforgettable.

‘Sarah was incredible from the start. From the moment we met Sarah, it was an instant connection and she made my partner and I feel so comfortable.

‘Well what can I say... we absolutely ADORE Sarah, she is a beautiful human and we feel so extremely lucky and blessed to have had her as our celebrant for our special day!!! Sarah and I were already good friends, and I knew her as being kind, warm, fun, energetic and passionate, and she absolutely brings this and soo much to her wedding celebrancy! I was going through a very hard period in my life at the time and Sarah was so amazing at guiding the the whole process and making sure there was the perfect mix of honouring Simon and I, my Dad and everything else that we love in our ceremony, it was truly magical.

Everything was completely seamless and so well thought out from the surprise reading to the way the books were laid out perfectly, and the remembrance candle. It was all just beautifully tailored to us!

There were tears, smiles, laughter and love, and so many special moments somehow beautifully packaged into 25 minutes! I don’t know how she did it but it was honestly amazing.

Everyone at our wedding told us it was the most special ceremony they had ever been to, and how amazing Sarah was and that they would love her to marry them when they got engaged!

‘Sarah Marie created an outstanding ceremony for our wedding that had the perfect balance of humour and romance. So many guests remarked that it was literally the best ceremony they had ever attended and wondered whether Sarah was actually a good friend as she captured each of us and our combined story so well.
